I had a fantastic stay here. The hotel facilities were top class, with a beautiful kids playroom that had a well-designed layout and a great selection of books and toys. The staff were very helpful and well-trained, providing great service throughout my stay. The location was perfect, with easy access to attractions on the Eastern side of the island, as well as being close to the beach and a folk village. The breakfasts exceeded my expectations, and the hotel grounds offered a beautiful view of the ocean. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable.
Nothing, all was good.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The room was immaculate, and the lobby had a nice atmosphere. Parking was easy, and there were plenty of facilities nearby. The location was great for day trips around Jeju, and there was a cute town within walking distance where we found some delicious food. The dinner buffet, although a bit pricey, was well worth it with its quality and delicious food. We also appreciated the convenience of having a convenience store in the basement for buying water and drinks.
Don't have any issues at all. Everything was perfect!

The hotel was impressive from the outside and inside. The check-in process was easy and the porter girl was very helpful. The rooms on the 8th floor were spacious, with a great view of the sea and the hotel's swimming pools. The food at the hotel restaurants was delicious but a bit expensive compared to local prices. The hotel is located near a village with shops and restaurants, but visitors should have a car to explore the area.
Most attractions were quite a distance away from the hotel, so visitors need a car to get around. The food at the hotel was pricey, which may not fit every budget.

The rooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and a balcony to enjoy the sea breeze. The hotel's location near the waterfront provided a beautiful view. It was also convenient to have a walking trail in front of the hotel and an outdoor heated pool for relaxation.
The breakfast buffet was average and overpriced, and there were additional fees for things like swim caps and reservations at the bar. The drinks and food were also overpriced, making it feel like a place for status rather than quality.

This hotel provided a truly luxurious stay with exclusive amenities such as a Spa and wellness center, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, and a beach access. the garden area was lovely and we enjoyed lounging on the beachfront with the beach umbrellas and seasonal outdoor pool. Additionally, the restaurant had delicious food and the bar/lounge area was a great spot to relax with drinks.
The only minor issue was that the location was a bit secluded and it required transportation to get to some of the main attractions. However, the serenity and quietness were worth it.

The location of the hotel is a bit isolated, but it allows for a nice, short walk to the beach. It's a great spot to enjoy the ocean view and watch Jeju divers in action. The rooms are spacious and the design of the hotel is remarkable. The staff is friendly and helpful, and they provide a free regular bus service to the airport.
The restaurant prices are expensive and the nearby restaurants lack accessibility for non-Korean speakers.
